COMPOUND LIBRARY

The compound collection of 50 000 small molecules gives users access to a library consisting of compounds with high chemical diversity and lead-like physical-chemical properties. The collection which will be delivered in assay-ready plates can be used for screening at the users’ own facilities or alternatively, screening can be performed at one of the DK-OPENSCREEN screening nodes. HIGH-THROUGHPUT SCREENING

The fully automated DTU Screening Core platform is design to perform biochemical and cell-based assays in 96-, 384- and 1536-well plate format, with great flexibility in terms of possible read-outs, thanks to the Tecan Spark Cyto 600 multimode microplate reader with cell-imaging function.
